1. Rotary shear cut-to-length line

 

Eccentric rotary shears operate by using a pair of rotating blades that come together to cut through the metal as it passes by. This method makes them critical integral components of cut-to-length lines in the metal processing industry for their ability to perform high-speed, continuous cutting of metal coils.

2. Flying shear cut-to-length line

 

Flying shear operates by moving at the same speed as the material being processed. This synchronized movement allows the shear to make a clean and accurate cut without causing any damage to the material. The cutting process is usually automated and controlled by a computer system, which ensures that each cut is consistent and precise. 

 

Advantages:

●  Continuous feeding and cutting materials up to 6mm thick.

●  No need for looping pit for space saving.

3. Start-Stop cut-to-length line

 

Start-stop shear operates by moving the material through the line at a controlled speed, stopping at predetermined intervals to make the necessary cuts. This allows for precise cutting without the need for continuous motion, making it ideal for cutting materials of varying lengths.

 

Advantages:

●  High speed by means of an accumulation pit.

●  Capable of handle large coil thickness up to 25mm.

●  Reliable and cost-effective solution for cutting metal sheets.

4. Trapezoidal swing shear cut-to-length line

 

The swing shear allows for cutting trapezoidal blanks mainly used in the automotive or appliance industry. Rotary shear or start-stop shear is optional to design for different cutting speed.

 

Advantages:

●  Angle swing, can be used to produce rectangular, trapezoidal, and parallelogram sheets

●  Able to produce automobile exterior panels.

●  Cut sheets suitable for laser welding.

5. Multi-blanking line

 

Multi-Blanking is a useful time-saving process in which multiple blanks of different or equal widths with the same lengths are produced and stacked from a flat rolled master coil. This process combines slit-to-width and cut-to-length processes, resulting in cost-efficient custom slit blanks or sheets from a single metal coil.

6. Combine slitting & cut-to-length line

 

Combining slitting and cut-to-length lines into a single production line, users can choose to produce slit coil or metal sheet on one production line. With the ability to switch between slitting and cut-to-length operations seamlessly, this versatile production line offers flexibility and convenience for various manufacturing needs.
