1.Function:
Start-stop fixed-shear lines are most simple and cost-efficient for cutting steel of various thicknesses, ranging from 2 mm to 12 mm..
2. Structure:
The 4-hi or 6-hi leveler corrects the defects like wavy edges and center buckling on coiled metal sheets. The shearing part is stationary and the coil is momentarily stopped during shearing. And cutted metal sheets are conveyed to air-blow stacker and prepared to pack.
For thick, typically hot-rolled steel coils, the configuration could be decoiling, leveling , hydraulic shear-cutting and stacking. The max cutting stroke is 35 times/min.
For thin, normally 0.3 mm to 4 mm thick material, a looping pit is required for buffering to accelerate the running speed. The max cutting stroke is 80 times/min.
3. Application:
Suitable for regularly shaped blanks production of carbon steel, stainless steel, high strength steel and non-ferrous metal.
