Simple Cut-To-Length Line Machine is designed for accurately cut metal coils into sheets in small amount for consumer goods manufacturing.
1.Function:
This machine converts master coil into sheets by uncoiling, flattening, cutting and stacking to bundles.
2. Structure:
Simple CTL lines features with simple and short stacker about 1 or 2 meters long for producing short metal sheets. For surface-sensitive material, the stacking system could be air-blowing stacker to ensure gentle handling during stacking. For common metal sheet , they will directly drop and slide in platform and then be clapped neatly by pneumatic baffle.
3. Application:
Ideal for metal processing requirements, this product is suitable for producing plate sheets of aluminum, stainless steel, , copper and others.
