Tension System:
-Felt Press: These systems utilize felt pads that make contact with the material being slit, providing a frictional force that helps to control the tension to keep the material in place and properly aligned.
-Belt Bridle Tension: Non-scratch tension produced by idle pulleys rotating belts to prevent scratches marks on the strips surfaces, such as stainless steel, Color coated and Aluminum coils.
Advanced Roller Braking System:
Triple-rollers provide uniform tension for each slitting strips to be recoiling so that the strips can be wound tightly and edged straightly.
Recoiling
With advanced automation, the recoiler efficiently produces high-quality steel coils with precise coiling tower shape and controlled mislayer. This ensures that the finished coils are in optimal condition and ready for further processing.
