The blade is V-shaped, material: Cr12MoV, and grinding is required after cutting 5000 tons. The maximum running speed of the flying shear line is 80-90 meters per minute.
The high-precision stainless steel cut to length line adopts a six-HI leveler, and the plate is flat without scratches or roll marks.
The advantage of six-fold leveling over four-fold leveling is that during the straightening process of the strip, the straightening force by the support roll is passed to the working roll surface through the intermediate roll. The length of the intermediate roll is the same as that of the working roll, but its diameter is slightly different. This ensures that the plate is evenly stressed along the entire width during the straightening process, avoiding the occurrence of pressure marks due to uneven force distribution at the contact between the support roll and the working roll. In contrast, the four-Hi leveler, with support rolls being short rolls, may produce pressure marks to varying degrees on high-precision stainless steel plates and non-ferrous metal plates during processing. So many customers prefer 6-Hi leveler for stainless steel plate.
