The client primarily deals with 300 series stainless steel materials from Taiyuan Iron and Steel (TISCO), mainly ordering raw stainless-steel coils directly from the steel mill and storing them in various processing centers around the warehouse. The company maintains a regular stock of 3,000 tons and can perform processing such as leveling, slitting, wire drawing, polishing, laminating, embossing, punching, and laser cutting according to customer requirements. 1. SS Coil-to-Coil Polishing/Grinding Line:
This fully automated system features front and rear correction capabilities, operating at speeds of up to 50 meters per minute. It is equipped with a belt wrapper for automatic recoiling, ensuring efficient and seamless processing. The surface treatment can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, delivering a clear and detailed texture with a distinctive rainbow sheen. The final product is free from bright vibration marks and color inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality results.
2. Rotary Shear Cut-to-Length Line with Edge Trimmer:
This system is equipped with four lamination stations for multi-layer lamination on both the top and bottom surfaces, as well as an electrostatic liner paper application. The edge trimming process is positioned after the filming stage, ensuring that the PVC film edges are trimmed simultaneously. For paper edge cutting, users can order a paper slitter to pre-cut the required width offline before use. This solution ensures that stainless steel sheets are cut to the same size as paper, enabling them to be packed to high standards.
3. Belt Bridle Tension Slitting Line with Storage 3-Arm Turnstile:
This high-speed slitting line operates at a maximum speed of up to 230 m/min, enabling users to complete coil slitting orders within a single day while ensuring real-time quality monitoring. The belt bridle tension system significantly prevents PVC film printing from becoming vague, ensuring high precision and clarity in the final product.
